完全没有问题啊 以我自己为例，在成年之后忽然想学英语，但是我当初读的中专，三年并没有接触英语。等于只有初中的底子，并且初中那会儿又是几乎一点语法都不懂那种。 偶然的机会，得到一本新概念第二册，朋友捡到的，听说我想学英语送给我了。那个年代很流行的教材。在生读了几课之后（只是大略理解课文意思），到后面实在啃不动了，因为不懂语法（那会儿对语法甚至有种深不见底的恐惧），就不会划分一句话的词群，不会划分句子成分。于是用了最笨的方法，在读懂了中文翻译之后，通过听录音。通过录音中的语气语调来判断划分句群。 一开始磁带是和另一个自学英语的朋友借的，但是他说：你要在一个礼拜之内还给我，因为我要用听磁带的方法来复习课文。这句话似乎给了我启发，我立刻跑去书店买了全套的录音磁带。转天就把磁带还给了他。从此之后我就像听流行歌一样用我那个东莞产的雷登小随身听，天天戴个耳机 不停听英语。因为我自学的速度慢，所以里面大部分课文是我没有学的。说来也奇怪，虽然有些课文我连文字都没读过，但是时间久了我都能听到耳朵里去了，并且开始有模有样的跟着说了。 慢慢的，我用这种独辟蹊径的方法也算是上路了，在反复听磁带录音的过程中，背下了大量的课文。并且我经常会在脑子里想象一些场景，去使用课文中的那些句子。有一次我前面提到的那位学英语的朋友带我参加了一个英语角，我一开口大家都非常震惊，都说发音太纯正了。 但之后的日子里，我也会去网上找一些聊天室。有国内，的好像叫“秀水街”，也有国外的，和全世界英语不咋地的人交流。就这样大概用了半年多的时间，我的口语就非常流利了。虽然词汇量不算大，不能讨论太深入的东西。但是日常方面想表达的内容都能非常流利顺畅地表达出来。 很幸运在懵懵懂懂当中选择对了适合自己的方法。但我认为更重要的是对学习的热情和坚持。 我是英语老师，属于比较愚笨那种，如果不算学校上英语课的时间，我从开始学，到现在时间是15年，将将能能不用字母看英语**，和老外们对话，也只能做到日常，不涉及具体专业，如果聊专业，就连普通的音乐美术估计都接不住，所以我不知道是不是有人能在一年内说一口流利的英语，但是，大概率事件是，我这样的普通人估计很难做到。其实说不是一件难事，难的是有人听你说，和你能听的懂人家说，从外国人的语速，逻辑，用词习惯，省略，弱度，吞音，连读，语调这些角度看，每一项都需要一定时间消化，况且我上面说的那些还是常常一起出现的，所以处理难度可想而知。我觉得如果真想在一年内说一口流利的英语，有两个角度可以考虑一是，出国，或者在网上多和老外聊天，而且多请教，多张嘴，多积累必要的词汇量，二是有条件可以请家教，或者教几个留学生朋友，多练习，即便是这样，对于我来说，一年都不是个充裕的时间，我想很多朋友们肯定比我聪明，所以有机会可以尝试一下，也许会有不一样的精彩与惊喜，毕竟这是个充满奇迹的时代。 试想一下，我们从小学接触英语，初中，高中，大学，这十几年的英语学习，我们都能说一口流利的英语吗？就是英语专业的毕业的大学生就能说一口流利的英语吗？ 说英语，环境很重。在说英语的环境里，学说英语比较快。但无论怎么快，也不可能在一年里说一口流利的英语。只能说可以会说点英语，日常口语交流还可以，能听懂别人说的什么，别人也能听懂你说得什么，这样就算高水平了。英语单词那么多，光是单词一年你也不可能学完。别说是学说专业领域的英语了。 英语和其它语言一样，想学好它，不是一年两年，三年四年就可以达成的。没有八年十年的功夫是学不成的。 有英语基础的人，在说英语的环境里，强化一年的口语，有可能说英语流利一点，但还不能达到十分流利的程度。 一年内说一口流利的英语？ 你想多流利？ 交流无障碍吗？可以是可以，只是难度系数相当大，需要下的功夫不需要我说你也懂。 说一下我本人的英语学习亲身经历，希望能给你带来点点启发，我的初始英语水平几乎为零，你懂的。然后为了能亲自教小孩英语在从2017年12月开始到现在。学了两年吧。我是一个上班族，回家也要忙小孩家务什么的，但是我几乎每天坚持学英语一到两个小时，或者更多。公司没有工作的时候呢，我都是在练听力的。成果我也比较满意，能够听得懂外教，并且可以比较准确得表达自己的观点。 上面唠嗑，现在进入正题： 对于初学者来说：听力一定要 第一位 ！ 第一位 ！词汇 第二位 ！语法只需要学一下基础就好了，不要浪费太多时间在这里。 我的听力练习方法： 听写 ！ 听写 ！挑儿童类材料，比如动画片、童话故事等。有可能觉得幼稚，但要忍住，坚持。不要选什么政治呀，经济呀，成年人题材的听力材料，你会很吃力，还可能会就此放弃！听写完，再听，这时候是听一句，复述一句，不可以看文本哦。这样长期训练，我也是今年才真正地训练自己的听力的，有几个月了吧，成果是我现在尝试听雅思听力，效果不错。 第二，词汇，太多人讨论了，毕竟这真的是学习英语的一个最最难的问题了，没有之一。如果把每一种语言比作高楼，那么词汇就是砖块。可想而知其重要性，并且词汇又与听力相辅相成，同时进步。以上又是废话。 那么对于初学者的我们该怎么下手呢？ 单词，我只背 基础词汇 ！ 基础词汇 ！be, go , make, come 这些基础又基础的单词，值得你去好好查字典多多研究他们。不要见一个不认识的就记一个，我们要把有限的时间放在少量的单词上，这样每个单词就能分得够多的时间，学精学透，用最简单的英语单词表达你最准确的想法。这也是我自己目前的一个目标，共勉。 第三，可以找个外教，因为我们需要一个输出练习，我们又没有这个语言环境，所以找个语伴就显得非常重要了。尽量往便宜的找，菲律宾的，南非的，塞尔维亚的，这些都相对便宜，不用担心他们口音问题，美国，英国也有口音不好的。而且你自己的口音也不是一两个老师能影响的。当然如果经济允许就不要考虑那么多，往死里砸钱就对了。还有一点，你也可以购买一些日常口语类书籍，读它，背它，找人运用它，效果大大的好。 有太多细节不能一一在此分享（篇幅太长了，哈哈) 。总而言之，世界上所有的事，只有学习是自己的事， 因此只能靠自己边学边思考边参透啦。 一年的时间太短，但只要功夫下得深，铁杆也能磨成针！希望我们都能达到自己想要的高度！共勉！ 一年内说一口流利的英语完全有可能！可以这样做： 一、每天大量听英语 在英语听说读写译这五种技能中， 听很重要 ！需要输入很重要！没有输入就没有输出！坚持每天至少听一个小时英语，而且把同一篇材料反复听效果更好！ 二、每天说英语 如果每天用英语说话，就会发现有很多不会的词，为了能表达出来，就需要查单词，练习发音。这样逼着自己不断地学习新东西，词汇量会扩大，而且 每天说会形成用英语表达的习惯。 三、去讲英语国家待半年以上 如果有条件去讲英语的国家待半年以上，有了语言环境，再加上必须每天听说英语，肯定没问题。 如果没有条件去国外，就 自己创造语言环境。 下面视频里的小宝宝才一周岁多，跟着我发的幼儿绘本英语学的，不到10天，就能把英语说这么好，就是因为他妈妈天天给孩子放我录的那期亲子课堂幼儿英语， 把孩子沉浸在英语环境下。 结论： 语言输出需要一定量的语言输入，想在一年内说一口流利的英语需要多听，多背 ， 多记！ 更 需要多说，多实践！ 不可能，就是纯说英语的国家都不可能有一年内把英语说的很流利，起码上过二三年级以上的学生有可能说的很流利。其他外国人主语不是英语的国家，想都别想。因此中国把英语设为主要课程是浪费时间，可做为副课来学，特别是考试成绩只算百分之三十方可。如果可能的话设立专门学校，有需要学习的，国家需要的人去学，这样的话可减轻学生负担，把主要时间用在别个主科上。谢了。 完全可以。我现在每天朗读半小时，听半个小时，再背些单词，时间久了水到渠成，有些话张口就来，如果想要再流利些纯正些，多下些功夫，多参加口语角练习应该可以了。 基本没有可能。 西方人和中国人一样，也是有地域的，也有不同的口音。 就像北方人听南方人讲话，有的根本就听不懂。 就是北京人听临近的河北人说话，遇到口音重的，听完有时候还要想一下才明白。 全国都在讲普通话，所以如果你讲普通话，别人能够听懂。
